Hosted by the Rotary Club of Hinesville & the Hinesville Area Arts Council
People’s Choice voting takes place Dec 1-15 at the Hinesville Area Arts Council Gallery, 102 Commerce Street in Hinesville.
On Dec 1, voting 5:30pm-7pm and weekdays 10am-2pm
