Join us for a free community reception for the “Free Style” exhibit by Ray Carter, Carter Ink, Karma Tattoos and White Bluff Tattoo Co. The exhibit highlights the many talents of local tattoo artists. The opening will take place Thursday, April 7th from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
